Sunday School (10:00 am – 11:00 am)
Our Sunday school program offers age appropriate Christian education for kids ages 3 years old through 6th grade.
Confirmation (Wednesdays 6:15 pm – 8:00 pm)
Our confirmation program is a two and a half year program for youth in 7th through 9th grade. Confirmation is held on Wednesday evenings throughout the school year. The first two years of Confirmation focus on the Old and New Testament, Luther’s Small Catechism, and Lutheran Living. The third year allows confirmation students opportunities to explore and live out their faith through various hands on learning experiences. Our confirmation students are confirmed in February during their 9th grade year.
Wednesdays Evening Schedule:
6:15-6:40 – dinner served by confirmation families
6:45-7:05- Large Group Learning
7:10-7:40 – Small Group Learning
7:45-8:00 – Large Group Closing – singing and communion
All confirmation families are expected to attend the Lenten worship services on Wednesday nights! There will be a soup supper before worship (expect on Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday & Good Friday) Dinner will be served at 5:30 pm and worship will follow at 6:30 pm. This year’s schedule is as follows: February 14th – Emmanuel; February 21 – Emmanuel; February 28 – United; March 7 – Bethlehem; March 14 – Emmanuel; March 21 – United; March 29 (Maundy Thursday) – Bethlehem; March 30 (Good Friday) – 1:30 pm United.
Youth Group (Wednesdays 6:15 pm -8:00 pm)
Our high school students are invited to join us for youth group on Wednesday evenings from 6:15 pm – 8:00 pm. We use this time to share highs and lows, pray, talk about how God is working in our lives, and plan for future activities. Information about Youth Group activities can be found on the church calendar on our website or on our Facebook group.

Cardia Deo- For all youth in currently in 9-12 Grade
Cardia Deo is a weekend event for high school students, grades 9-12. This event will take place on March 2-4, 2018 at Big Sandy Camp in McGregor.
Cardia Deo events remind us that we are Called, Gathered, Equipped and Sent to share the Heart of God! This year’s focus will be on what it means to be “Gathered”. The event will include Bible Studies, servant learning, worship, camp life, and a mystery event. Cardia Deo is a wonderful, deeply meaningful, fun and faith-nurturing event. All 9-12 grade high school youth are strongly encouraged to attend. The cost is $120; however, don’t let the price stop your from attending, there are scholarships available. Registration forms are now available at the church office, as well as my mailbox! Registration forms must be returned by Sunday, January 28th.
